Winter & Summer Experiences with the Söllereckbahn
Full of anticipation for an action-packed day: The "Erlebnisreiche" is the most modern adventure mountain in the Allgäu, perfect for families – you can travel comfortably to the top with the Söllereckbahn.
Family time is the best time: Oberstdorf's family mountain with the Söllereckbahn offers special highlights for all ages for an eventful day. The Allgäu Coaster means fun for the whole family and, as a year-round toboggan run, is a fast-paced activity even in rainy or cooler weather. In addition to a climbing forest with seven courses in summer, the Söllereck offers fantastic hiking trails with sunny views in winter and 14 kilometers of slopes for ski fans. The Söllereckbahn provides quick and convenient access to these activities.
Around the Söllereckbahn: Summertime is family time – and wintertime is just as important!
- Adventure playground at Berghaus Schönblick (next to the Söllereckbahn mountain station) with the XXL SölliExpress, climbing wall, tube slide, and wooden ball tracks: Here, children can practice for Sölli's wooden ball race (summer only).
- Sölli's ball race makes the descent to the valley even more enjoyable in summer. On the XXL ball track, wooden balls are your faithful companions on the way down, providing thrills and exciting competitions along the way. Which ball will reach its destination first?

- Sölli's Winter World with conveyor belts and easy practice slopes in the Söllereck Ski Area offers perfect conditions for beginners and those returning to skiing in winter.
- The Söllereckbahn lift prepares the way for daredevils to the challenging black "Hexenschuss" (Witch's Lumbago) run – an adrenaline rush guaranteed! Of course, this name is meant to be tongue-in-cheek, and so far, all skiers have made it down without the aforementioned back pain.
- The SölliBully, a giant wooden snow groomer, serves as a play and climbing frame, guaranteed to bring joy to children during breaks from skiing or hiking.
Hiking fun with the Söllereckbahn
Extensive hiking trails lead down to Oberstdorf, the Kleinwalsertal, or Freibergsee in both summer and winter. A more challenging tour in summer takes you along the ridge path to the Söllerkopf and Schlappoldkopf to the Fellhorn/Kanzelwand area. Hiking at the Söllereck is just as fun for mountain beginners as it is for more experienced hikers.
Take the Söllereckbahn cable car to the Berghaus Schönblick: There, traditional Allgäu delicacies, wonderful sun terraces, and two playgrounds for little explorers await. Deck chairs are available to borrow free of charge! The Söllereck also offers some great tours for winter hiking.
