We welcome dogs!
You are planning holidays with a dog? No problem, dogs of all sizes and races are welcome here!
Out of consideration for other guests and wildlife, we kindly ask you to keep all dogs - even very well-behaved and small ones - on a leash at all times while visiting the mountains in Oberstdorf and the Kleinwalsertal.
Many people – especially children – are afraid of dogs. We therefore require dogs travelling in the large gondolas of the Nebelhorn, Fellhorn and Walmendingerhorn cable cars to be muzzled. Muzzles can be bought at the ticket offices (small 4,50 €, large 6,00 €)
In the gondolas of Kanzelwand, Ifen and Söllereck, your dog does not need a muzzle to be transported.
Our fields and meadows have to be kept clear of dog excrements as the grazing cows could otherwise be severely harmed. This is why we provide dog waste bags and dog toilets: please use them accordingly.
Please remember to buy a ticket for your four-legged friend as well.
