The XXL wooden marble run Sölli´s marble race is another highlight at the family mountain in Oberstdorf. The marble run is 200m long and consists of 3 segments with lots of exciting elements:
First run: (93m long)
Elements: funnel, marble run, helix, xylophone, wave run, chimes, pillar labyrinth, marble slalom, telescope
Forest run: (51m long)
Elements: funnel, helix, wave run, chimes, pillar labyrinth, telescope
Final run: (57m long)
Elements: funnel, xylophone, wave run, chimes, pillar labyrinth, telescope
From the top station of the Söllereck cable car, you can follow the "Schönblickweg" down to the valley station on a total distance of 2,2km. The new marble run fits perfectly into the landscape. The marbles keep on rolling and with every junction of the intertwining tracks, it gets more exciting. And all children love to make bets which marble will be first.
The marbles can be bought at the ticket desk of the valley station or at the start of the marble run for 3€ each. And in the end, you can keep the wooden marbles as a souvenir.
